My doctor has never heard of SEQEX: how come?

Use for therapeutic purposes of magnetic fields goes back to the first years of the last century and thousands of scientific articles have been published on the subject. Electromagnetic fields are widely used in orthopaedic departments of hospitals all over the world to accelerate the healing process of fractures. The first therapeutic applications of ICR (Ion Cyclotron Resonance) were authorized by the American FDA in 1987. SEQEX has been available since 1999 and numerous medical and clinical offices all over Italy use it on a daily basis, some are listed in the section where to find it; other names can be provided by calling our offices. Doctors will find some publications on the subject in the International PubMed (keywords: seqex, ion cyclotron resonance, liboff).

Is the presence of a doctor indispensable to carry out the treatment?

The preliminary visit of a doctor is necessary to establish the type of protocol and possible exclusions. Afterwards, the programming of the card can be done by the doctor of by specialized personnel. The treatment can be continued in the doctor’s office or at home with a home machine (SEQEX FAM). Is the memorized Card always valid or does it have to be updated?

A lot depends on the personal situation and the type of treatment being provided. In any case, after the initial phase during which there will be more frequent adjustments, one or two annual updates of the Card are recommended in order to adapt the treatment to the physiological changes caused simply by change in age, weight, health status, etc.
