Cancellations and withdrawals
In cases of cancellation of courses or workshops by S.I.S.T.E.M.I., the full fee will be refunded by bank transfer, and for this reason you are requested to provide your own bank coordinates.
Participants who withdraw within fifteen days before the start date will be charged an fee of € 20 to cover administrative costs. Course fees will not be refunded for withdrawals less than 15 days before the start date.
